I had a wonderful experience today getting my tire patched. The person at the front desk was so friendly and cheerful. I had an appointment, and they took my truck back right away and with in 30 minutes I was on my way with a fixed tire at no charge. This really made my day. The gentleman at the front desk was the best. He was so friendly and helpful. I am so so pleased. Thank you.

I stopped in to get a tire changed out. I said I would be in tomorrow and he said why not now? I was surprised, but happy. And Robert had that tire off and replaced in about 20 minutes. Will be buying my next set of tires from them. Excellent service.

I was checked in quickly with no appointment. I was given a thorough breakdown of all my options for repair and what each would cost. They had me back on the road that same day. Outstanding service at this location. These guys deserve a raise! I will be a lifelong customer with experiences like this. 5 star service!

I delayed posting this review because I wanted time to deal with the situation and fully process the experience before writing about it. I have been a customer of this location since 2017, and this was the worst experience I’ve had there. I brought my Lexus NX 300 in for an oil change on a Friday. After the service, I discovered oil leaking in my garage and had to stop driving the vehicle out of concern for possible damage. I reported the issue the evening of 4/13 and was told the tow company was closed and the car would be picked up the next morning. On 4/14, I called starting around 8:30 a.m. to get the tow process moving. The tow did not arrive until around 1:00 p.m. During my interactions with the store manager, Louis, I was addressed as “honey.” After I asked to be called by my name, he did it again, became rude and confrontational, and eventually hung up on me. I was also told one thing the night before about the vehicle being returned to me, and then got a different answer the next morning. I was never provided with a store email address that would accept outside messages, which made it harder to document the issue directly with the location. My problem is not only the

I went here on a Monday morning and the entire experience was amazing. The employees working the front counter were really friendly, professional, and helpful. I made an appointment online and I already had a work order prior to my appointment from Tires Plus but they didn't have the parts I needed and but they recommended Firestone since they are under the same company and Firestone was the nearest shop to me. The employees were very helpful and listened to my concerns and used the work order from Tires Plus to fix the issues with my vehicle so that saved me from having to pay another diagnostic fee. The price was reasonable and the employees were able to help me save a little extra since they were having a promotion at the time, and most importantly the technicians fixed the issues I was having with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this location. This goes to show that having excellent customer service, honesty and professionalism goes a long way to make everyone's experience go smoothly for both the employees and customers. Thank you to everyone working at this location!
